In our home, we have a son who has grown tall and strong—now standing at 180 cm. Ever since
he was little, we cherished the time spent together in the kitchen.

As we cooked, we would talk about ingredients —"This is a carrot, and this is a bell pepper..."—spending quality time making a single dish. Through these shared value moments, he naturally developed an appreciation for the food he prepared himself. Perhaps because of this, he learned to enjoy all kinds of foods without being picky.
When the whole family comes together to say, "This is delicious!" or "You did a great job!" the joy of eating becomes even greater. Before we knew it, he had grown up without any food dislikes.
Taking the time to cook with your child, even just occasionally, can do more than encourage
healthy eating habits—it can also fill your home with smiles and warmth. Why not give it a try?
