Recipe: Crispy Chicken "Karaage".....oishii.....

INGREDIENTS:
400 g Chicken Thigh
A. Ginger-Garlic Marinade
1 tsp Grated Ginger
1 tsp Grated Garlic
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Sake
B. Coating
2 tbsp each Potato Starch & Flour
Vegetable oil
PREPARATION:
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, mix with A and let it marinate for 20 minutes
Put B in a tray and coat the chicken thoroughly
Pour 2 cm of oil into a frying pan and heat to 170 C. Place the chicken skin-side down into the pan
Fry one side for about 2 minutes and 30 seconds, total about 5 minutes. Then, increase to high heat and fry for 1 more minute until crispy.
TIPS:
Marinating for more than 30 minutes can make the chicken tough.
Mixing potato starch and flour helps the coating stick better
